What types of lighting does Corazon Living offer?

Corazon Living specializes in premium, designer lighting—featuring chandeliers, pendant lights, ceiling lights, wall lights, table and floor lamps, and outdoor lighting. We also offer statement and bespoke fixtures designed to add a luxe, elegant finish to any space.

Do you offer customization options?

Yes! Many of our fixtures can be customized in terms of size, finish, and hanging length to perfectly suit your space. Please contact our support team for customization inquiries.

Is shipping free?

Absolutely! We offer free shipping on all orders within the continental U.S., Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, and worldwide.

Where is my order being shipped from?

We design and craft many of our lights in-house, and we also ship through our own fulfillment partners across the U.S., Europe, and Asia. This global setup lets us deliver elevated design at a better value—while keeping quality checks and safety standards consistent from production to delivery.

Are your lighting fixtures safety certified?

We prioritize electrical safety and regulatory compliance. Our fixtures are tested and/or certified by recognized third-party labs and each product page will indicate the applicable certification/standard for that item.

Which safety certifications might apply to your products?

Depending on the product and destination country, fixtures may carry or align with one or more of the following:

  • UL / cUL (U.S. & Canada) via Underwriters Laboratories
  • ETL / cETL (U.S. & Canada) via Intertek
  • CSA (Canada/U.S.) via CSA Group
  • CE (EU) and UKCA (UK) conformity markings (where applicable)
  • RoHS (restricted hazardous substances) where required/claimed
  • FCC for products with applicable electronic components (where required) via Federal Communications Commission
  • RCM / SAA (Australia/New Zealand) where required 

Note: Not every fixture carries every certification—requirements vary by product type and country.

What does “UL Listed” or “ETL Listed” mean?

It generally means the product has been evaluated against relevant safety standards by a qualified lab and is authorized to display the mark for that configuration.

Can I install the lighting fixtures myself?

For safety and best results, we recommend professional installation by a licensed electrician, especially for chandeliers and large fixtures. We provide installation instructions for an easy and smooth installation process.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Please refer to our return policy.

Do your lights come with a warranty?

Yes, all Corazon Living products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. 

How can I make changes to my order?

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us right away through our Contact Us page. Adjustments and cancellations are only possible within the first 24 hours after purchase. Once your order has been processed, we unfortunately cannot guarantee any changes.

How can I cancel my order?

Since our items may ship as early as the next business day, cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase. To cancel, please email us or contact us through our Contact Us page.
